This is a business. We are here to make hits. Our ambition is high, and we work hard to hone our craft. We share the effort & rewards in equal measure. You will have total transparency into how the business is performing, and will be expected to handle that with discretion & maturity.
We are all industry veterans, here to train & perform at the highest possible level. You will be given unprecedented levels of creative autonomy - and the responsibility that comes with that. Our team is small, and everyone’s contributions matter.
Accountability is everything. We are here to push the boundaries of what creative industry can be, and we embrace the joy & thrill of that challenge together. Show up, deliver what you promise, and be honest when you fail. Your time is your own. You will not be managed. You will be expected to execute.

Debate is a morale killer. We do not complain - we create. We each have a strong point of view, and we solve conflict by putting the work first. This is not a place for ideological debate, political rants, or workplace drama. Such things cloud our focus. Most importantly: we never complain about the work itself. That attitude is infectious, and will be dealt with swiftly. Do not test it.
Great art is hard, and is supported by a life well-lived. Take care of your body, home, and personal life. You will be given the resources to support a healthy body & mind. Live like an athlete: eat well, sleep consistently, and exercise. It does make a difference, and will be expected of you. We work hard, but we do not work ourselves to death. Your life should be your first priority. Ludos should be a close second.
